Nominal capital means maximum amount of capital which a company raised by the issue of share. Nominal capital is stated in the memorandum of association and which is registered with the memorandum of association. This amount of shares capital is divided into fixed denominated share capital. Out of nominal capital amount of capital which is subscribed by public is known as subscribed capital.
